Cancellation Policy
Your appointments & wellbeing are very important to us. We understand unexpected events can occur.
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
